Payment:

To pay by Credit Card:

We accept Visa, MasterCard , American Express credit cards.

We do not bill your credit card until your order is shipped.

To pay by Invoice:

Retailers in business over one year may open an account after approval of a completed credit application.

Our credit terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
Mello Smello reserves the right to apply interest charges of 1.5% monthly (18% annualized)
on unpaid balances past due date.

Minimum Order:

$125.00 at wholesale cost (excluding shipping).

Back Orders:

Items not shipped are cancelled unless special
arrangements have been made and agreed to by Mello Smello.

Shipping Charges:

Mello Smello uses FedEx Ground Service to most locations in the US.
For locations other than the US please contact our customer service.
On orders totaling less than $250.00, exact shipping charges will be added to invoice or credit card.
On orders totaling more than $250.00 to ONE location, shipping is free.
Credit card customers will receive free shipping.
For invoiced customers, shipping charges may be deducted upon payment with invoice within terms.
Truck shipments are sent collect and deduction for cost of shipping may be made
from invoice total upon payment in terms if accompanied by a copy of the paid shipping bill.

Damage or Defective Product:

In the unlikely event of receiving defective goods,
Mello Smello will, at the discretion of customer service, issue credit for any defective goods.
Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment to customer service.
The customer must be required to return the goods for inspection by quality control.
Authorization will be issued in such cases. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
Mello Smello is not responsible for goods
while they are in transit.
Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility
of the carrier and claims should be made to their representative.
Mello Smello will make the reasonable efforts to assist in such cases.
No guarantee of sales performance is made, expressed or implied.
Company representatives are not authorized to offer any such guarantee.
